NC/NIGHTS is for Middle and High Schoolers (6th-12th Grade)
Our goal is to create environments where students grow in their relationship with Christ, are encouraged to make wise choices, positively influence their friends, and experience personal ministry through serving others.
With a dynamic worship experience—complete with a live band, powerful messages, heartfelt small group discussions, and fun games—students explore their relationship with Jesus and how that can influence every decision they make.

Big to Small - Get Connected. Go Deeper.
With all of our environments we believe in going Big to Small. This means we gather as a larger group for worship and a message, then break out into small groups where we have an opportunity to dive deeper in our faith and grow closer to God and our friends.
At NC / NIGHTS, our small groups are broken out by age and gender to create environments free from distraction, with peers that are more likely to be experiencing similar questions and struggles. It's an environment that is safe for all kinds of conversations.
With all of our environments we believe in going Big to Small. This means we gather as a larger group for worship and a message, then break out into small groups where we have an opportunity to dive deeper in our faith and grow closer to God and our friends.

Jesus is alive and moving in our world and our lives as much now through the Holy Spirit as He was 2000 + years ago. It has been my passion to introduce young people to the Living God for the last 20+ years, and help them understand who they are in Christ and how to join Him in His crazy rescue mission He has been working on since the beginning of time.

I have been working with youth at New Community Church for over 5 years, and I have seen firsthand the impact that a positive youth ministry can have. I have seen young people grow in their faith, develop their leadership skills, and make a difference in their community. I am so grateful to be a part of this ministry and to have the opportunity to work with such amazing young people.
Youth Worship Director
For the past 8 years, I have served as a worship leader and for the last 3 years, in youth ministry. As a leader in worship ministry, my passion lies in helping people engage with Jesus and worship Him through their own gifts and talents - from being on the worship team to taking photos or running sound for a service - it's all an opportunity to give glory and honor to Jesus.

I have been working with the youth ministry for the past 5 years. I get to work with amazing kids and families, and I get to help make a difference in their lives. I work to be the bridge between parents and all of the youth programs at the church. I love working with kids and seeing them grow in their faith. I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve the youth at New Community Church, and I look forward to continuing to build relationships with each student.
